This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and visionary leader to take on the role of General Manager at a luxurious boutique hotel and wedding venue.

We are seeking a dynamic and brilliant professional who can oversee daily operations, drive growth, and create exceptional guest experiences. As the head executive team leader, you will be responsible for managing a team across various departments, including reception, food and beverage, weddings, sales, and occupancy.

\

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in running hotels with events, including accommodation experiences, weddings, and food and beverage outlets. They must possess strong leadership skills, vision, passion, and drive, with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and make informed decisions.

\

We want someone who thinks of the customer and guest experience while prioritizing staff and creating a culture that encourages teamwork and innovation. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for overseeing staff across the entire operation.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of daily hotel operations, including occupancy, weddings, and events.
  • Management of a team across various departments, including reception, food and beverage, and sales.
  • Development and implementation of strategies to drive growth and improve guest experiences.
  • Collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer to achieve business objectives.
