Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of our Integrated Nepean Hospital project.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in contracts administration within the construction or infrastructure sectors, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.

The successful candidate will oversee the financial and office administration of the project, maintaining accurate records and cost control aligned with governance standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage subcontract and supplier contracts ensuring compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Assist the Project Manager with preparation and review of monthly project reports, including tracking of completed works and cost performance data.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation aligned with CPB's governance standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in contracts administration within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, planning, budgeting, and cost control on complex projects.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with project management and financial systems.
