About the Role:

We seek a highly skilled contract professional to drive successful project delivery in our major healthcare infrastructure program.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage subcontract and supplier contracts ensuring compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, and financial targets.
  • Oversee project financial administration maintaining accurate records, cost control, and documentation aligned with our governance standards.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager to prepare and review monthly project reports including tracking of completed works, program progress, and cost performance data.
  • Develop and manage your work schedule to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs meeting project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in contracts administration within construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • Healthcare or hospital project experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, contract law, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, planning, budgeting, and cost control on complex projects.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with project management and financial systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
