Real Assets Research Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Assets Research Analyst to join our team. This role will involve conducting independent research on publicly traded real estate and infrastructure securities.
The successful candidate will have experience in financial statement analysis, relative valuation frameworks, and knowledge of listed real estate and infrastructure analysis.
They will also possess strong critical thinking, analytical, and financial modeling skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct independent research on publicly traded real estate and infrastructure securities.
Analyse financial documents, conduct industry and competitive analysis, and prepare reports related to the public and private real asset market.
Develop a proprietary view on absolute and relative valuation using a mix of quantitative and qualitative metrics.
Collect market information, derive business forecasts, and determine upcoming trends and industry changes.
Presents view to clients and prospective clients.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong experience in Real Assets research and financial statement analysis with experience in relative valuation framework.
Strong knowledge of listed Real Estate and Infrastructure analysis and investing in Australia and New Zealand.
Solid critical thinking, investor mindset, sound communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
