We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Manager or Senior Manager in Real Estate Valuations & Analytics. This exciting opportunity will enable you to collaborate with a highly experienced and dedicated Real Estate, Transactions, and Delivery team within a national practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support audit teams in peer reviews of valuations for financial reporting.
  • Undertake real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia, including pre- and post-transaction activities.
  • Work on new and innovative housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation.
  • Prepare valuation assignments in both stabilised assets and development properties.
  • Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to clients.
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets.
  • Assist on and be at the forefront of major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including preparing business cases, transaction strategies, and property development advisory.
  • Provide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across various asset classes.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis, contributing to thought leadership papers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and keen attention to detail.
  • A thorough understanding of private sector and government valuation processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Professional accreditation either as a CPV of the API or MRICS.
