Expert Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Professional

As a key member of our technical team, you will architect, deploy and manage the core infrastructure supporting our digital services across physical, virtual, network and cloud environments. With a focus on Microsoft 365, you will lead the design, implementation, optimization and proactive management of our M365 ecosystem.
This role ensures seamless integration and efficient operation of related services, impacting organizational productivity and collaboration. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be vital for resolving complex technical issues and maintaining continuous service delivery.
- This position focuses on the implementation and operation of reliable high-performing Microsoft 365 services interconnected with Azure, Entra ID, Graph API, Purview, Power BI and Copilot.
- You will manage and maintain the M365 environment ensuring compliance with security organizational and government regulations developing technical documentation such as system configurations operational procedures and user guides.
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 suite automation and scripting across M365 and on-premises environments. You should have excellent analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 suite including automation and scripting across M365 and on-premises environments.
- Experience implementing Microsoft 365 in complex ICT environments with significant on-premises integration.
- Skills in platform integration automation and scripting to ensure seamless enterprise system operation.
- Federal Government experience is desirable.
