Health Centre Leadership Position in Dandenong

As our Medical Assessment Centre Manager, you will lead a team of clinical and non-clinical staff in delivering our medical assessment services. You will be accountable for the financial, operational, and clinical quality and safety of the Centre, including making sure we meet our customer experience and contract KPIs.
Responsibilities:- Ensure the centre is financially viable through making sure expenditures are appropriate, suppliers are paid correctly, and staffing levels are optimised.
- Champion the customer experience, through engaging, coaching, and listening to team members and customer feedback, to maintain an excellent level of service.
- Manage customer escalations/upset customers.
- Manage contracted third-party service providers to perform services to required standards.
- Forecast and plan to anticipate and meet current and future business needs.
- Monitor and manage the centre and employees' compliance with legal and regulatory standards, internal operating procedures, Bupa's risk and compliance policies, compliance training, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

- You have strong customer experience focus.
- You have previous experience managing the P&L of a health service, medical centre, or practice.
- You show a proven ability to set objectives and measures to drive business outcomes and meet targets.
- You can react and adjust quickly to changing conditions and come up with practical ideas for dealing with them.
