
Head Culinary Officer

We are looking for a skilled and driven culinary professional to support the launch and operational success of our multi-brand resort dining offer at Darwin Airport.
This is a key leadership position, working alongside the Executive Sous Chef to ensure a seamless launch and long-term performance across multiple outlets, including a full-service restaurant, grab-and-go, pool bar, and conferencing facilities.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and support kitchen operations to achieve high-quality food production, service delivery, and cost efficiency during pre-opening and ongoing operations.
- Support menu implementation, team development, and kitchen optimization across properties.
A background in fast-paced restaurant kitchens will be highly beneficial.
Essential Requirements- Culinary trade qualifications and relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a Sous Chef or Head Chef role within a hotel or restaurant.
- Demonstrated experience in kitchen operations, team leadership, and cost control.
- Background in both hotel food production and a la carte service is highly valued.
- Pre-opening or rebranding experience would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail, task planning, and accountability.
