About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our downstream commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing subcontractor and supplier packages, ensuring the smooth contractual administration of this $5B PPP project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
  • Prepare and submit interim progress claims and final accounts, ensuring timely payments.
  • Oversee the performance of subcontractors against the scope of works and the construction schedule.
  • Provide advice to delivery and management teams on contractual issues.
  • Support the Contracts Manager with monthly reporting and cost analysis.
  • Administer and minimise project risks related to claims, variations, and extensions of time.
  • Develop and improve systems and processes for managing contracts effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in contracts administration within civil infrastructure projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial management for large-scale infrastructure.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and well-developed time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • WHS White Card is required.
Competitive Remuneration Package

The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
