We're seeking an experienced Project Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in solutions, systems integration, or IT consulting. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing technology-related projects that fall under the Sales Team, bridging the gap between teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Sydney, with a minimum of 3 days required in the office per week. The salary range for this position is estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:
  • Project Planning:
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop project plans and timelines.
    • Identify resources needed (team members, technology, tools) and assign tasks.
  • Project Execution:
    • Lead project teams of Technical and Solution Consultants.
    • Manage project risks and address potential blockers.
    • Track project progress against milestones.
    • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration among various departments.
    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
    • Ensure alignment between business goals and project outcomes.

  • Risk Management: Manage project risks and address potential blockers.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
