Job Title: Project Oversight Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled Project Oversight Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of diverse projects from brief development to construction delivery.

 

The ideal candidate will have a technical background in construction, architecture, or engineering and excellent communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under the leadership of a Senior PM and Project Director
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and design management
  • Coordinate the design team and ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide assistance in managing the builder

 

Requirements:

  • 2-8 years of professional experience with a head contractor or in a client-side pm role
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
