Clinical Oversight Lead

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring robust oversight of healthcare services within correctional systems. As a Senior Medical Governance Specialist, you will work closely with other professionals to identify and address areas for improvement.
About This Role:- Utilize your clinical expertise to conduct thorough reviews and investigations, providing actionable recommendations for service enhancements.
- Provide expert input to inform strategic decisions regarding healthcare service design and system improvements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of subject matter expertise into incident reviews and audits.
- Facilitate prompt resolution of complex clinical issues and promote positive outcomes for individuals served by these programs.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality healthcare services within sensitive and complex environments.
- Experience in monitoring healthcare delivery to drive continuous improvement.
- Advanced degree in a health-related field or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
