Required Skills and Qualifications

Top-notch interpersonal skills are essential, as well as strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial services or life insurance and claims, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide constructive feedback.

Strong understanding of risk management and compliance principles is required, along with familiarity with Risk Management Frameworks and regulatory environments. Excellent time management, attention to detail, and project delivery skills are also necessary.
