We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Violence Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our outreach team, you will work closely with our Practice Lead and other staff members to develop and deliver outreach services in community settings.
Main Duties- Work collaboratively with the outreach team to develop and deliver outreach services.
- Develop and implement a clear model of outreach for supporting victims and survivors of family violence.
- Deliver intake, complete risk assessments, and develop safety plans in accordance with the MARAM framework.
- Provide ongoing support and supervision to Family Violence Support Workers.
- A relevant qualification or experience in specialist family violence practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of family violence issues and commitment to improving victim survivor safety.
- Expertise in risk assessment and safety planning.
