We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at 6Points. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and growth areas with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Utilize your extensive network within the civil engineering and infrastructure sectors to identify and secure new business opportunities, particularly within Tier 1 & 2 civil contractors.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and manage strong and trusting relations with new, current, and prior business connections. Prepare and present growth strategies and plans to meet and exceed established targets.
  • Sales Process Management: Actively and successfully manage the sales process: prospecting, preparation, approach, presentation, objection handling, negotiation, closing, and account management. Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects. Prepare and present rolling monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Research, monitor, and report on trends and industry developments within the market and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
