Mixology Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled mixologist to join our team in a casual capacity. The role requires the candidate to be available for Saturday evenings, with shifts ranging from 6-8 hours in length. Previous experience as a bartender is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. In addition, they will have a passion for creating unique and innovative cocktails, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training in-house to develop their cocktail-making skills, and will have access to additional hours on Friday and Sunday evenings once trained.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate, plus tips. We offer a range of benefits, including employee discount and flexible scheduling.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 1 year of experience as a bartender, preferably with RSA certification and Australian work authorization. A strong understanding of cocktail theory and techniques is also highly desirable.
