Job Overview

As a highly skilled Bartender, you will play a key role in maintaining the five-star luxury standards while ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and friendly service to guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere that sets us apart.
  • Lead your section during busy periods, supporting team efforts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs, offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with precision and creativity.
  • Stay up-to-date on current mixology trends and techniques to continuously improve the guest experience.

About You

  • Confidence to promote ideas and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proven experience as a bartender, with strong skills in creating classic and innovative cocktails.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and approachable personality that creates a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Able to work over a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings, early starts, public holidays, and weekends.
