Job Description

A Bar Supervisor is responsible for creating a seamless experience for guests by guiding the team and ensuring flawless beverage operations. This role requires a leader to cultivate enthusiasm for mixology, set the pace during busy service hours, and transform obstacles into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere where every moment turns into a memory and every experience becomes a story.

  • Take charge during busy service hours at the front of the house, setting the tone and leading by example.

Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a candidate with:

  • Prior experience as a Bar Attendant and confidence in creating a variety of drinks.
  • A history of guiding and empowering teams, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Adaptability within diverse beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the specific country/state/territory.
  • Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals.
