Financial Planning and Analysis Leadership Role

This pivotal position involves driving financial insights and performance across multiple divisions, delivering high-quality financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support operational and executive stakeholders.

The role requires a strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis, particularly in nonprofit or compliance-heavy industries.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, deliver timely financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights, and provide scenario modelling and strategic financial analysis to support investment and operational decisions.

A key responsibility is to develop and monitor KPIs to assess financial health and drive accountability, act as a trusted advisor to directors, executives, and operational leaders, and support service delivery, cost management, and revenue optimisation through financial guidance.
