Job Title:

The Senior Financial Strategist will lead financial strategy and oversight, driving growth, operational efficiency, and future readiness across the organization.

This role involves leading finance teams, developing financial models, and advising executive teams on strategic financial decisions.

  • Lead continuous improvement across finance systems and processes.
  • Ensure efficient, reliable, and future-ready financial capability to support organizational goals.
  • Partner with leaders to align financial management with strategic priorities.

Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in accounting or related field with > 8 years' senior finance leadership experience in complex environments.
  • Proven record of delivering timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit within a regulatory framework.
  • Demonstrated experience advising Executive teams and Boards, including preparation of strategic financial analysis and business case modeling.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
