Job Title

Food and Beverage Service Provider

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that customers receive top-notch service and have a memorable experience.
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Greet and seat guests, take orders accurately, and deliver food and drinks promptly.
  • Check on guests to ensure they have everything they need and address any concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness, including clearing tables, resetting, and restocking.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
  • Handle payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guest's experience.
  • Address special requests and accommodate guests' needs to the best of your ability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
