Are you a results-driven professional looking to take on a leadership role in food and beverage operations? As a key team member, you will be responsible for driving staff performance to ensure seamless service delivery across various venues in Thredbo Village and on the mountain.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily operational requirements of the venue, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations, including NSW Liquor Act requirements.
- Effectively handle POS reconciliations and communicate with staff and management regarding operational issues.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with previous supervisory experience or training.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
