Strategic Land Divestment Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Land Manager to join our team in a pivotal role that will contribute to the responsible divestment of land from the Crown Estate, enabling sustainable development and effective land stewardship.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering land sale and divestment projects within defined timeframes. They will also prepare comprehensive assessments for delegated decision-makers and coordinate acquisition, sale, and vesting initiatives across diverse portfolios.
A strong analytical and research skillset is essential for this role, as well as excellent stakeholder engagement and project coordination capabilities. Commercial acumen and understanding of valuation, planning, and legal frameworks are also highly valued.
