Sales Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking a results-driven Customer Service and Sales Team Lead to shape our internal team's culture, implement best-practice processes, and drive service standards across the board.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and support an internal customer service and sales team by setting clear expectations and holding them accountable for performance targets.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency while championing a customer-first mindset.
- Identify bottlenecks and develop strategies to address them through regular team training and feedback sessions.
- Proven experience in leadership roles within customer service, internal sales, or operations with strong team management and coaching skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and order/quote management platforms.
- A proactive and driven attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
