About Our Opportunity

At the heart of our restaurant lies a passion for food and sharing stories with our patrons.

We seek an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team, assisting with day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of Asian cuisine, and experience with serving food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with their dining experience, taking orders and clearing tables with efficiency.
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues during peak periods.
  • Develop relationships with guests, ensuring a personalized experience through attentive service.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
  • Positive attitude and calm demeanor, even in challenging situations.
