Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Occupational Therapist to join our high-performing team based in South Melbourne.
About the RoleThis diverse and exciting position offers the opportunity to deliver injury prevention services, such as:
- Job dictionary assessments to outline the essential duties, physical demands, and cognitive requirements of a specific job.
- Manual task risk assessments.
- Interactive manual handling training and stretching and warm up programs.
- Workplace-based, home-based and vehicle based ergonomic assessments.
- Pre-employment assessments including drug & alcohol, audiology, spirometry, vision, and functional testing.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, providing expert clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
