Dynamic Beverage Production Role

The Beverages Team is looking for a motivated and values-driven individual to join their manufacturing facility on the Central Coast.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Machine Operator role that involves mixing and heat treating batches of beverages. As a UHT Operator, you will play a key role in creating high-quality products that change lives every day.

You will be responsible for coordinating activities with other Beverage areas for efficient and continuous operations. This includes moving product and mix batches as per the production plan, monitoring the UHT process and checking for any leaks or issues, sending treated batches to the correct filling machine, recording data as required, undertaking product and quality testing, cleaning and maintaining hygiene in the UHT area, and taking part in continuous improvement activities.

  • Coordinate activities with other Beverage areas for efficient and continuous operations.
  • Move product and mix batches as per the production plan.
  • Monitor the UHT process and check for any leaks or issues.
  • Send treated batches to the correct filling machine.
  • Record data as required and undertake product and quality testing.
  • Clean and maintain hygiene in the UHT area.
  • Take part in continuous improvement activities.
Key Requirements Include:
  • Forklift License.
  • Ability to undertake manual handling of up to 25kg.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to cope with pressures and setbacks in a constructive manner.
  • Ability to analyse information and make decisions accordingly.
  • Strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety.
