We are seeking a proactive and skilled Machine Operator to contribute to our Beverages Team at a manufacturing facility. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for efficiently operating machinery and ensuring high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other Beverage's areas for seamless operations
  • Monitor production/packing process and maintain smooth machine operation
  • Move materials and restock resources (may require forklift or manual handling)
  • Record data and undertake product quality testing
  • Clean and maintain hygiene in your operating area
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
  • Forklift License or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to handle up to 25kg
  • Follow instructions and procedures
  • Cope with pressures and setbacks constructively
  • Analyse information and make decisions accordingly
  • Strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety
  • Demonstrated experience driving a positive culture aligned to our values
