The Role

As a valued member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include serving customers, managing food preparation, and assisting with beverage creation at our café called Breaking Grounds. As the Barista, your strengths will lie in crafting an array of hot beverages, including intricate coffee designs.

  • Prior work experience as a Barista, preferably with formal training (including Latte Art skills)
  • The ability to provide exceptional service and quality beverages under pressure
  • Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
  • Ability to gauge customers' preferences and follow instructions
  • Organisational skills with flexibility to manage competing priorities and deadlines
