The Role

This key position oversees trade and maintenance operations across multiple sites, safeguarding assets and managing resources effectively.

About You
  • We invite applications from individuals with relevant tertiary qualifications and proven expertise in collaboration, asset management, compliance, operations, and training.
  • Extensive experience in facilities and project management, combined with a strong understanding of applicable laws, codes, and regulations, is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in systems such as Direct Digital Controls (DDC), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is vital for efficient maintenance planning and execution.

The Requirements
  • Lead technical staff and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and interpret technical documentation accurately.
  • Develop effective maintenance strategies, produce detailed reports, and establish operational standards to drive excellence.

Responsibilities include leading emergency responses, maintaining regulatory compliance, and implementing preventative maintenance plans to ensure site readiness.
