The asset management system plays a crucial role in the lifecycle management of critical infrastructure and equipment.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Technical Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that improve asset management processes and system functionality.

This includes customising applications, automations, escalations, and reports to meet evolving business requirements and support operational teams across the organisation.

  • A strong focus will be placed on enabling the adoption of asset management solutions through technical coaching, training, and clear documentation.
  • Collaboration with asset owners, subject matter experts, and vendors will be key to ensuring Maximo solutions support strategic asset management goals.
  • The role involves active participation in system upgrades, testing, and integration activities to deliver enhancements that drive efficiency, data integrity, and informed decision-making.

The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of Maximo by troubleshooting issues, managing product fixes in partnership with vendors, and ensuring the system remains robust and aligned with best practices.
