Key Responsibilities:
- BA with Mobility Experience: Provide expert-level support and guidance on Salesforce CRM lifecycle management, mobility solutions, and stakeholder communication.
- Good Salesforce CRM Lifecycle Understanding: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM lifecycle concepts and best practices.
- Good Understanding of Salesforce Out-of-the-Box Concepts: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce out-of-the-box features and functionality.
- Stakeholder Communication and Coordination: Effectively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ability to Connect with the Irvine Business Team and Bridge the Gap between Different Teams within the Organization: Foster strong relationships with the Irvine business team and bridge the gap between different teams within the organization.
- Agile Experience: Possess experience working in agile environments and be able to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Basic Development Understanding: Have a basic understanding of development concepts and be able to work with development teams.
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- BA with Mobility Experience: 3+ years of experience in a BA role with mobility experience.
- Good Salesforce CRM Lifecycle Understanding: 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM lifecycle management.
- Good Understanding of Salesforce Out-of-the-Box Concepts: 1+ year of experience working with Salesforce out-of-the-box features and functionality.
- Stakeholder Communication and Coordination: 2+ years of experience in stakeholder communication and coordination.
