Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our network infrastructure team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our customers' network infrastructure, ensuring that it is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve logical network infrastructure issues at customer sites
  • Support internal stakeholders, including Incident Management, Customer Engagement, Service Desk, and senior Network and Facilities Engineers
  • Communicate with customers, network engineers, vendors, and third-party support

Requirements

  • Experience working with networking technologies, including routing and switching, wireless, firewalls, and Software Defined WAN (e.g. Meraki)
  • Customer-focused approach to deliver excellent customer service
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate at all levels of the business and with third-party support vendors
  • Positive and contributing member of a professional networking team
  • Willingness to participate in an after-hours on-call roster
