Expert Database Administrator

The role requires a skilled database administrator to manage the stability and performance of our database systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage SQL Server databases across multiple locations, ensuring optimal efficiency and scalability.
- Implement disaster recovery strategies and high-availability solutions using Always-On technology.
- Collaborate with developers to provide masked datasets for testing and development purposes.
- Automate recurring tasks and develop tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support migration projects aligned with our data strategy.
- Provide level 2 database support following ITIL methodologies.
- At least 5 years of experience as a SQL Server DBA.
- Strong technical skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
- Proven automation experience and knowledge of DevOps processes.
- Hands-on experience with Always-On High Availability solutions and database performance tuning expertise.
- Knowledge of evolutionary database designs, TDE encryption, and T-SQL scripting.
- Experience with git-based source control and SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and Power BI.
