The OpportunityThis role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our back-office functions. You will be responsible for managing bookings, liaising with suppliers, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client bookings, payments, documentation, and trip delivery in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle customer and supplier communications via phone and email
- Maintain and update databases, records, itineraries, and product information
- Liaise with suppliers and maintain strong relationships
- Support colleagues with product knowledge and contribute to general administrative tasks
- Respond to client feedback, update product costs, and assist with logistical changes as required
- Excellent administration and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Travel experience is highly regarded
