Client Experience Coordinator

As a Client Services Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation and delivery of refreshments for meetings and conferences;
- Provide top-notch service to both internal and external clients;
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment;
- Conduct daily cleaning and disinfecting of break out rooms and equipment;
- Monitor meeting room calendars and follow up on catering and setup requirements;
- Set up and restore meeting rooms in a timely manner;
- Maintain stock levels of kitchen supplies and equipment;
- Place orders for catering requests when necessary;
- Display a positive attitude when resolving issues related to catering;
- Assist with the operation of the internal café;
- Provide backup support to reception as required;
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate;
- Good general knowledge of food and beverages;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a professional services environment;
- Hospitality/catering experience preferred;
