Elderly Home Support Assistant

In this position, you will provide person-centred support that empowers elderly clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.
Main Responsibilities- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, showering, grooming, and dressing, while upholding each client's dignity and comfort.
- Deliver personalised care based on the unique preferences, routines, and needs of each client.
- Support with daily living activities, both in-home and in the community, including:
Meal preparation and basic household duties. Personal hygiene and mobility assistance. Transportation to medical appointments and social outings. Companionship and social support.
Key Qualifications- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Care Worker.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification).
- Driver's licence and vehicle. Current Car Insurance & Car Registration. National police check. First aid & CPR. Blue Card.
- Regular shifts within standard business hours and rotating weekends.
