Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Senior Customer Readiness Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are fully prepared for the changes we make to our products and services.

You will lead a team of professionals who are responsible for implementing product and business change, identifying critical customer risks, monitoring the customer impact of product change, and providing a constant feedback loop for customer product insights.

As a Senior Customer Readiness Manager, you will have a strong understanding of the needs and requirements of our customers and will work closely with other teams to ensure that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for customer readiness
  • Develop and implement plans to ensure successful implementation of product and business change
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and loyalty
