**Senior Ranger Opportunity**
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Ranger to join our team in the Esperance District. As a Senior Ranger, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day works programs and operations within Cape Le Grand National Park and assisting with the management of other lands and waters managed by the department within the district.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day works programs and operations within Cape Le Grand National Park.
- Assist with the management of other lands and waters managed by the department within the district.
- Lead others to drive positive change and implement operational plans and works programs associated with visitor management and natural resource management.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in leading, supervising and managing teams.
- Well-developed oral and interpersonal skills.
- Evidence of implementing operational plans and works programs associated with visitor management and natural resource management.
- Ability to develop and participate in the delivery of interpretative and educational programs.
