As a senior member of our conservation team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of park operations and working closely with colleagues to achieve our conservation goals.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams, supervising projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve conservation objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans, works programs, and visitor management strategies that balance conservation needs with public access requirements. This role also involves working closely with local communities, commercial tourism operators, and special interest groups to promote conservation and protect native flora and fauna.
