We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Engineer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and growth by providing strategic guidance and technical support to clients.

About the Role

This is a key technical advisor position that requires a strong understanding of SAAS solutions, architecture, and modern business applications. You will work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to create impactful sales tools, demos, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance and technical support to clients to ensure they achieve maximum value from our platform.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create impactful sales tools, demos, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience working in the SaaS space.
  • Strong understanding of project management, workflow automation, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a comparable solution engineering position, supporting the sales cycle in selling Work OS or other high value business solutions.
  • Technical understanding of SAAS solutions, architecture, and modern business applications including integrations and APIs.
