About the Role

This Senior Administrator position plays a vital role in delivering advanced technical support and troubleshooting expertise for SAP BASIS and SAP HANA environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement through effective root cause analysis and resolution of complex incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support Specialist: Provide high-quality technical support and adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements while ensuring compliance with policies in SAP Basis and SAP HANA environments.
  2. Incident Resolution Expert: Perform thorough root cause analysis and implement effective solutions to address technical and security issues, escalating where necessary.
  3. Knowledge Transfer Facilitator: Update and manage the knowledge base, train new team members, and coach analysts to enhance team capabilities.
  4. Ticket Management Specialist: Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to maintain operational efficiency and ensure a robust security posture, resolving complex tickets within agreed SLAs.
  5. Customer Experience Enhancer: Achieve high first call resolution rates, minimize rejected resolutions and case reopenings, while proactively mitigating security threats.
Skill Requirements
  1. Architect and Solution Developer: Design and develop complex SAP solutions across multiple industry sectors, with understanding of technology enablement and integration with other applications.
  2. Senior Leadership Role: Hold at least 3 years of experience in SAP-enabled business transformation programs, preferably in a solution architect or senior leadership capacity.
  3. Technical Architecture Expert: Possess strong knowledge of SAP solution suite and technical architecture, with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
  4. Consulting and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, including presentation and client-facing consulting, with the ability to develop and sustain senior client relationships.
  5. SAP Product Strategy Understanding: Have an understanding of SAP's product strategy, including positioning of S/4HANA and enabling tools and technologies.
