Software Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned software leader to support the implementation of a concept validation using AI to revolutionise the software delivery lifecycle.

As a software leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing AI driven solutions to solve for complex business problems. You will collaborate with a team to design, build and maintain a scalable AI solution.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience as a software engineer, with a focus on AI;
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud-based architectures in two or more of AWS, Azure and/or Google;
  • Hands-on expertise with large language models (LLMs), Transformers, and other generative AI technologies;
  • Strong coding skills with a focus on clean, maintainable, and scalable code;
  • Experience integrating AI models into software applications to enhance functionality;
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and implementing security in CI/CD pipelines;
  • Ability to develop and deploy proof-of-concept generative AI solutions;
  • Familiarity with AI-powered testing, QA, security, and documentation tools;
  • Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects in enterprise environments;
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills, mentoring teams and promoting innovation;
  • Up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and tools;
  • Ability to translate product needs into technical solutions and align with business goals.
