Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Software Engineering Expert to spearhead AI innovation in our organization.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned software engineer with expertise in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with emerging AI/ML technologies and their application in software engineering workflows.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architectural discussions, propose improvements, and model best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable software systems using AI/ML technologies.
  • Collaborate on complex technical problems from discovery through implementation, delivering high-quality solutions.
  • BREAK DOWN REQUIREMENTS INTO ACTIONABLE ENGINEERING TASKS; CREATE CLARITY FOR DELIVERY SQUADS AND STAKEHOLDERS.
  • Run experiments with emerging AI tooling; design evaluation frameworks, measure outcomes, and provide recommendations.
  • Build resilient components, SDKs, and service integrations that slot into pipelines, IDEs, and developer platforms.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions; propose improvements and role model engineering standards and best practices.
  • Maintain high-quality codebases via active code reviews, robust testing, and clear documentation.
  • Work cross-functionally to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and land changes with minimal disruption.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing software systems.
  • Practical knowledge of AI/ML applied to software engineering workflows.
  • Proficiency in languages such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or C# and experience building microservices on AWS and/or Azure.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures and data management.
  • Strong technical influence: ability to review designs and code, set quality bars, and collaborate with stakeholders to solve business-critical problems.
