Your key responsibilities:

  • Design and develop large-scale software systems using emerging technologies like Gen AI.

  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to leverage AI-assisted tools and capabilities.

  • Build features that foster a culture of innovation and customer centricity within our organization.

  • Translate business requirements into solid engineering deliverables and delegate tasks to team members.

  • Partner with engineering squads to experiment with new AI tools and integrate them into our workflows.

  • Deliver high-quality solutions used by multiple teams and products.

  • Routinely tackle complex architecture challenges and define architectural standards.

  • Actively participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality codebases.

  • Coach and mentor engineers in the team to upskill and promote innovation.

What we're looking for:

  • A proven track record of leading complex engineering projects and delivering results.

  • Expertise in AI/ML and experience with Gen AI applications.

  • Experience building RAGs using LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript) and experience developing microservices architecture on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure).

  • Keen interest in researching new AI tooling and experience using AI coding assistants.

  • Knowledge of or experience in Anthropic Claude, Llama, LiteLLM, Cursor, windsurf / Codeium, VO Vercel, Continue, Aider, Cline, Langchain, Langgraph, Hugging Face is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to define long-term technical direction for teams and organizations.

  • Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with a passion for upskilling engineers and fostering a culture of innovation.
