Financial Accountant Job

Lead Group is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to oversee the company's financial data and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Construction and experience in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and payroll reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter AP and AR Invoices promptly
  • Assist with ATO compliance and liaise with external accountants
  • Manage the company's cash flow
  • Perform EOM Processes and reconciliations on time
  • Assist with related parties' journals and transaction recording
  • Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates to management
  • Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Maintain records of financial transactions in different accounting systems
  • Prepare reconciliation between Procore and Accounting Systems

Requirements:

  • 4 years' experience in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and payroll reports
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Procore and accounting software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
