About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Stream Talent. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of our construction and development business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee daily accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations.
  • Project Finance Management: Manage financial processes for ongoing construction projects, including progress claims, retentions, and financial compliance.
  • Cash Flow Management: Contribute to cash flow forecasting, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to support the company's financial goals and policies.
  • Internal Reconciliation: Supervise the reconciliation of internal accounts, ensuring all balances are accurate, discrepancies are addressed promptly, and financial records are maintained to a high standard.
Requirements
  • A Chartered Accountant qualification (CA or equivalent), with a strong foundation in accounting and finance.
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar accounting role, ideally within the construction industry.
  • A high level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
