About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to support individuals who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury at work.

You will take a holistic approach, managing the rehabilitation journey from initial assessment to return to work. This involves working closely with clients to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, ensuring they receive the necessary support to lead a fulfilling life.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT workers with injuries across various industries and client groups
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals
  • Develop and implement evidence-based rehabilitation plans for clients
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to inform treatment decisions
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey

Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in conducting clinical assessments and developing rehabilitation plans
