A rehabilitation consultant will provide holistic care to individuals who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury at work. They will apply their clinical skills to support these individuals in their journey from rehabilitation to healing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement rehabilitation plans for clients.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals.
- Conduct various clinical assessments to identify client needs.
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body.
- Strong clinical reasoning abilities.
- Ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
- Support from experienced professionals through direct interaction and extensive onboarding process.
- Ongoing shadowing to build technical knowledge and expertise.
- Opportunity to work with Defence Force personnel who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma.
