
Wellbeing Support Coordinator

The People and Wellbeing Coordinator will be responsible for delivering high-quality services across a wide range of People and Wellbeing functions.
This includes supporting the full employee life cycle for staff across Australia and New Zealand, coordinating all People and Wellbeing documentation and processes, assisting in reviewing and developing HR and OH&S policies and procedures, managing the People and Wellbeing inbox, and facilitating People and Wellbeing related training.
Required Skills and QualificationsExperience within an HR generalist role is essential. The successful candidate will also require experience with HR Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems or Recruitment systems.
They must be able to maintain strict confidentiality, have an understanding of relevant employment legislation and contemporary human resource management practices and principles, and possess highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels within an organisation.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work with conflicting deadlines are also required, as is a positive and flexible attitude.
